LB Steak Menlo Park

I was excited to get the call to shoot for LB Steak in Menlo Park. The restaurant is now going to create burgers from their top of the line steak for lunch. Chef Kelsey Casavan impressed me with her innovative burger combos. I confidently tasted the barely seared Australian Wagu pictured below. Incredible flavor!
